The Town intends to hire a certified contractor to install 815 ‘ of  6” C900 PVC water line which will include 2 fire hydrants with valve and hydrant tees, 25’ of 4” C900 PVC Road Bore connected to 4” line with additional specified valves and connections.

The Town also intends to hire a certified contractor to install specified sewer line and a 4’ manhole.  Specifications will include at least 2 road crossings and cleanouts of existing systems where new section will connect.

Bids should be written as two (2) separate and distinct bids—one for water line and one for sewer.  Interested parties may pick up copies of the exact specifications at the town hall (514 N.
